Our involvement spans the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and development application support to detailed reference designs, progressing through design check gates and culminating in Issued for Construction documentation.

Acting as either part of an integrated project team or a trusted joint venture partner, our Advisory unit ensures that every solution aligns with the highest standards of design, constructability and long-term performance. Our advisory team supports procurement and delivery strategies, including modular construction approaches that ensure high safety performance and execution efficiency.

For more than a decade, Empower has delivered civil design services into mine operations, with a keen interest in safety for mine site and mine-related infrastructure. Services include, but are not limited to, stormwater network re-alignments, upgrades and expansions, along with access roads and pads for both light vehicles and heavy mining equipment.
