Our story
Founded in Australia in 1987, Empower has a strong history of delivering engineering advice, project management and detailed design services for residential, commercial and industrial property development projects. We provide advisory, planning, optioneering, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), permanent works and temporary works design for major infrastructure projects across clean energy, defence, transport and water sectors.
Empower operates at the intersection of engineering, design and constructability, developing value-engineered solutions that optimise project outcomes, improve risk management and create cost and program efficiencies for clients.
In 2023, Empower expanded internationally into the UK, establishing a specialist business unit to deliver advisory expertise to established and emerging markets, with a focus on defence, energy, water and transport.
