He has successfully managed high-value projects spanning health, aviation, retail, education, and residential sectors, complemented by hands-on experience running his own businesses.

Peter played a pivotal role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including the Gold Coast University Hospital ($1.76B) and Sunshine Coast University Hospital ($2.4B), where he was site-based throughout, overseeing construction, programming, contract management, commissioning, and final handover.
