Paul joined Empower in 2025. He is a programme director with over 35 years’ experience in the safe and successful delivery of major programmes and projects, including the delivery of major nuclear decommissioning, defence infrastructure and built asset projects.
Paul has extensive experience at the front end of numerous multi-billion-pound Gigawatt-scale nuclear power project developments in the UK and Europe.
Putting in place the enablers to create and sustain high-performing teams is his passion. He is driven by a desire to deliver the client’s requirements safely, at pace, and right first time.
Paul has successfully undertaken senior client and delivery-side roles in portfolio, programme and project management, project controls, commercial management, procurement, and multi-disciplinary design management across the entire project lifecycle.
