Mariela Castillero is a Principal Civil Engineer with extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure and urban development projects across Australia and internationally in both the public and private sectors. As a Chartered Professional Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Australia, she brings strong technical expertise and a practical approach to design and delivery.

Mariela has led multidisciplinary teams across major projects, with a focus on design leadership, project delivery and effective stakeholder engagement. She works closely with clients and project partners to achieve outcomes that are safe, efficient and fit for purpose.

Her experience spans a diverse range of infrastructure sectors, including water networks, stormwater management, highways, residential and industrial subdivisions, supported by a strong understanding of engineering standards, regulatory requirements, safety in design and risk management. Mariela is recognised for her collaborative approach and her ability to lead teams through complex project environments to deliver high quality outcomes.
