Dale has played a key role in the successful delivery of projects of varying scale and complexity, demonstrating strong collaboration and intensive stakeholder management. Notable projects include the $35 million Clinical Practice Building at James Cook University, the $23 million V8 Supercar Project, and the $13.5 million Combat Training Centre (CTC) at Lavarack Barracks.

Dale brings over 30 years of experience in the North Queensland Construction and Property Development industry, having successfully managed and delivered projects across a wide range of sectors, including residential development, retail, commercial, education, defence, industrial, and government infrastructure.

Dale’s project management expertise spans diverse sectors, further enhanced by his in-depth knowledge of property development and formal qualifications/registrations in construction, including QBCC Open Builder and QBCC Project Manager licences.
